The UNEP Report on green jobs shows that the the need to meet emission reduction targets has led to changing patterns of investment flows resulting in a multitude of  green jobs . </p> <p align="justify"> The pace of green job creation will only accelerate in the years ahead. A global transition to a lowcarbon and sustainable economy is creating large numbers of green jobs across many sectors of the economy, and is indeed on its way to becoming the engine of development.
